第一个中国共产党的共产主义小组于1920年8月在上海成立,由陈独秀、李达、陈望道、李汉俊等人组成。第一次中共全国代表大会于1921年7月23日至31日在上海召开,最后一天移至浙江嘉兴南湖举行。大会代表12人。第一个中国共产党章程,是在“一大”最后一天在嘉兴南湖的一艘游船上诞生的。第一个党的出版社是人民出版社,1921年9月1日在上海成立,由李达主办。第一份中共机关刊物,是1922年9月13日在上海创办,由蔡和森主编的《向导》。第一张中共机关日报,是1926年6月瞿秋白在上海主办的《热血日报》。
The first communist communist group of the Communist Party of China was established in Shanghai in August 1920 and consists of Chen Duxiu, Li Da, Chen Wangdao and Li Hanjun. The first CPC National Congress was held in Shanghai from July 23 to July 1921, and the last day it was moved to Nanhu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang. 12 delegates to the conference.
