本文提出了工业锅炉等高能耗设备应用太阳能预热系统的可行性和必要性,介绍了某石化企业开发应用的电锅炉太阳能预热系统新技术,该技术不但充分利用白天充足太阳能提高锅炉进水温度降低电能消耗,且通过空气源热泵等辅助能源设施解决夜晚或阴雨天太阳能不足的局限性,实现了给锅炉持续提供热水,安全环保、经济效益十分显著。
This paper puts forward the feasibility and necessity of applying solar energy preheating system to industrial boilers and other high energy consumption equipment. Introduces a new technology of preheating system for electric boilers developed and applied by a petrochemical enterprise. This technology not only makes full use of the abundant solar energy in the daytime to improve boiler water inflow Temperature reduces power consumption, and solves the limitation of insufficient solar energy at night or on rainy days through auxiliary energy facilities such as air source heat pump and the like, and realizes the continuous provision of hot water to the boiler for safety and environmental protection with remarkable economic benefits.
