高等职业技能教育中美容专业应以培养高技能人才为目标,开展以知识和技能为基础的、适应劳动力市场需求的高等职业教育,进一步加强教学基本建设。建立以就业为导向的“订单”式人才培养模式。实施职业资格证书制度,深化教育教学改革。培养教学课程与实际工作紧密结合,技术型与操作型同步发展,管理型与创新型集于一身的新型高职美容专业人才是未来发展的方向与目标。
Beauty professional in higher vocational and technical education should aim at cultivating highly-skilled personnel, carry out higher vocational education based on knowledge and skills and meeting the needs of the labor market, and further strengthen teaching infrastructure. Establish employment-oriented “order ” talent training mode. Implement vocational qualification certificate system, deepen education and teaching reform.
