针对小浪底水利枢纽工程开发的发电目标,基于多年运行数据与设计预期的比较,分析了枢纽工程发电功能的可持续性。结果表明,工程投运前10年发电能力与设计水平存在的差距主要与黄河多年来水偏枯、水库调度运用方式有关,小浪底电站的投入运行对河南电网的安全稳定运行发挥了重要作用,基本实现了枢纽开发的发电目标。
In view of the power generation target of the Xiaolangdi Multi-purpose Project, the sustainability of power generation functions of the hub project is analyzed based on the comparison of years of operation data and design expectations. The results show that the gap between power generation capacity and design level in the first 10 years of operation is mainly related to the years of Yellow River water diversion and reservoir dispatching, and the operation of Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station has played an important role in the safe and stable operation of Henan Power Grid.
