为了实现高瓦斯煤层巷道施工安全、高效,通过对己15-12010机巷利用钻孔排放瓦斯情况的分析,提出了穿层钻孔预裂爆破释放煤层瓦斯压力和地应力的方法和措施。实践表明,高抽巷穿层钻孔的瓦斯抽放浓度、流量明显提高,掘进工作面瓦斯浓度降低,煤与瓦斯突出预兆减少,掘进速度加快,取得了较好的效果。
In order to realize the safe and efficient construction of high-gassy coal seam roadway, the method and measure of releasing gas pressure and in-situ stress of coal seam with pre-cracking blasting through the borehole through the analysis of 15-12010 machine-borne tunnel drainage gas are proposed. The practice shows that the gas drainage density and flow rate of the borehole with high pumping tunnel are obviously increased, the gas concentration of heading face is reduced, the prognosis of coal and gas outburst is reduced, and the speed of tunneling is accelerated, and good results are achieved.
