在搪瓷涂层的基础上,磨加一定比例的Cr2O3陶瓷颗粒制备了颗粒增强搪瓷复合涂层,并研究了其抗热震性能。结果表明,经10次1000℃到室温的冷热循环试验后,传统搪瓷涂层出现严重崩瓷现象,而颗粒增强搪瓷复合涂层无明显变化,表明陶瓷颗粒的添加可一定程度上改善搪瓷涂层的抗热震性能。
On the basis of enamel coating, a certain proportion of Cr2O3 ceramic particles were ground to prepare a particle reinforced enamel composite coating, and its thermal shock resistance was studied. The results showed that after 10 cycles of thermal cycling from 1000 ℃ to room temperature, the conventional enamel coating showed severe disintegration, while the enamel composite coating had no obvious change, indicating that the addition of ceramic particles could improve the enamel coating to a certain extent Layer thermal shock resistance.
