为使双孢蘑菇生产逐步实现菌种统一、良种化,制种专业化,栽培集约化,提高蘑菇的产量与质量,为蘑菇罐头加工生产提供优质的原料,1992～1995年我所与闽东罐头食品集团公司联营集约化栽培蘑菇,菇房41座(222米~2/座)计9102平方米,平均单产每平方米9公斤,最高产量每平方米15.4公斤,现将栽培技术总结如下:
