一家日本杂志不久前把大约2600家上市企业分为49个行业,以各行各业销售额在前5位的共计213家企业为对象,按5个评价指标选出经济不景气情况下的“优胜”企业,评选“优胜”企业的5个指标是:本季度利润的增减率;销售额的增减率;资本利用的有效性;财务构成的均衡性和健全性;已发行股票值的总额。通过对“优胜”企业的分析,发现日本企业在困境中普遍采取以下几种经营方式。
