信息化与经济全球化趋势之下,我国企业的市场环境发生了很大变化。从传统交易到电子商务交易的转变,是企业迎接挑战并获取收益的重要方式。近些年来,电子商务所创造的几百亿销售额使得该运营模式逐渐深入人心。本文主要从交易费用理论出发,在结合中外关于电子商务的研究成果水平的基础之上,分析我国当前电子商务的发展现状及影响,同时总结其发展过程中的不足与障碍,针对电子商务当前的发展形势,提出针对性的解决措施与方案。
