选用SD纯系大鼠,170-200克,雌雄不拘。使用57-6D型电刺激仪以2-15Hz疏密波电刺激双侧后肢,先以4 V刺激10小时,随后增加电压至6 V继续刺激10小时。巨噬细胞取自动物腹腔,经15-18小时贴壁后弃去上清液中游离的淋巴细胞及其它细胞。以荧光分光光度法测定巨噬细胞释放过氧化氢(H_2O_2)的量。 结果表明应激大鼠H_2O_2释放量9.72±0.9nmol/2×10~6细胞/小时,明显低于对照组
Selection of pure SD rats, 170-200 grams, male or female. Bilateral hindlimbs were stimulated with a 57-D electric stimulation at 2-15 Hz using a 57-6D electrostimulator, stimulated at 4 V for 10 hours and then increased to 6 V for 10 hours. Macrophages were taken from the peritoneal cavity of animal and the free lymphocytes and other cells in the supernatant were discarded after adherent for 15-18 hours. The amount of hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2) released by macrophages was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results showed that the release of H 2 O 2 in stress rats was 9.72 ± 0.9nmol / 2 × 10 ~ 6 cells / h, which was significantly lower than that of the control group
