技术简介:细木工板主要有装饰用大芯板和层压板,目前这些板材用黏合剂主要以脲醛树脂为主。即使脲醛树脂的甲醛含量控制在0.5%以下,但在固化过程中的固化反应为可逆反应,仍有甲醛放出,同时黏合剂甲醛含量的降低,导致冷压时间的延长一倍。因此从根本上解决细木工板黏合剂的甲醛释放问题,应从聚醋酸乙烯乳液类黏合剂出发,但终因聚醋酸乙烯乳液价格高而限制了它的大量应用。本黏合剂固含量为40%,成本可控制在3600元/吨,涂布量为2kg/张细木工板。该黏合剂冷压和热压均可,而且耐水。技术指标:黏合剂外观:白色乳液;黏度:3000~6000厘泊;固含量:39%~40%;pH:7~8板材板强度(以19mm大芯板举例):杨木芯≥0.7、水曲柳、荷木榆木等≥0.8、桦木≥1.0横向静曲强度:≥12MPa
