利用合成的四种咪唑类功能化离子液体,1-丁基-3-甲基氯代咪唑(BMIm)Cl、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氟硼酸盐(BMIm)BF_4、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氟磷酸盐(BMIm)PF_6、1-丁基-3-甲基硝酸咪唑(BMIm)NO_3,进行了燃油萃取脱硫的应用研究。结果表明,四种离子液体对燃油均有不同程度的脱硫能力,且脱硫能力为:(BMIm)C1>(BMIm)BF_4>(BMIm)PF_6>(BMIm)NO_3,其中(BMIm)Cl的最佳脱硫温度为50℃,使用过的离子液体通过真空加热或用四氯化碳反萃取再生,累积脱硫率达到76.8%。
Synthesis of four kinds of imidazole functionalized ionic liquids, 1-butyl-3-methyl-chloroimidazole (BMIm) Cl, 1-butyl-3- methylimidazolium fluoroborate (BMIm) BF_4,1- Butyl-3-methylimidazolium fluorophosphate (BMIm) PF_6,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium nitrate (BMIm) NO_3 was studied in this paper. The results showed that all four kinds of ionic liquids had different degrees of desulfurization ability on the fuel, and the desulfurization capacity was: (BMIm) C1> BMIm BF_4> (BMIm) PF_6> (BMIm) NO_3, The desulfurization temperature is 50 ℃. The used ionic liquid is regenerated by vacuum heating or carbon tetrachloride back extraction. The cumulative desulfurization rate reaches 76.8%.
