沈飞集团公司思想政治工作研究会,成立于八十年代初。十几年来,我们结合自己的研究课题,经常从《思想政治工作研究》中找思路、找观点、找经验、找方法。从一定意义上可以说,我们政研会的工作过程,实际上也是学用《思想政治工作研究》的过程。 在《思想政治工作研究》的‘研究会建设’栏目中,我们常常能读到如何办好政研会、调动广大政工干部积极性的文章。结合沈飞的实际,我们建立和完善了激励机制,开展评优奖励活动,每年评选出一批优秀思想政治工作成果、优秀政研会分会、优秀思想政治工作者、优秀政研论文作者等,进行奖励。实践证明,这种做法,既出了成果,又出了人才,有力地推动了企业的改革和发展。
