目的 4 巯基 3 噻吩甲酸甲酯是一个尚未见文献报道的重要的化学中间体 ,其合成对化学药物和农药研究具有重要的意义。方法以丙烯酸甲酯与巯基乙酸甲酯为起始原料 ,经哌啶催化下的加成反应 ,Dickman缩合反应、磺酰化和二硫取代反应、再经氧化和还原等 6步反应合成而得。结果所合成化合物的结构由元素分析和IR ,1H NMR ,13C NMR等光谱分析所证实 ,总收率达 16 %。结论该方法简便 ,原料廉价易得 ,步骤切实可行。
Aim 4 Methylmercapto-3-thiophenecarboxylate is an important chemical intermediate which has not been reported in the literature. The synthesis of methyl mercapto-3-thiophenecarboxylate is of great significance for the research on chemical drugs and pesticides. Methods Methyl acrylate and thioglycolic acid methyl ester were used as starting materials. The reaction was catalyzed by piperidine, Dickman condensation reaction, sulfonylation reaction and disulfide substitution reaction, and then was synthesized by 6 steps of oxidation and reduction. . Results The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis and IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The total yield was 16%. Conclusion The method is simple, cheap and easy to get raw materials, steps feasible.
