榆林至佳县高速公路是陕西省重要的能源运输大通道,重型汽车比例高,交通量大,应用现行规范公路—Ⅰ级汽车荷载进行设计难以满足目标可靠度要求。在对该区域进行交通量调查、研究的基础上,提出适应于该高速公路重载交通特点的桥梁荷载模型。该模型采用车列荷载模式,能直观反映作用于桥梁汽车轴重、总重、轴距等参数,方便桥梁的运营管理,且使桥梁在实际重载交通条件下的安全性和耐久性得到保证。该汽车荷载模型与公路—Ⅰ级的对比分析表明:若采用公路—Ⅰ级汽车荷载乘以放大系数的方法进行设计,会造成不必要的浪费,却未必起到控制设计的目的。采用该汽车荷载进行桥梁设计对总造价影响较小,却能提高公路通行能力。
Yulin-Jiaxian Expressway is an important energy transportation corridor in Shaanxi Province. The heavy-duty vehicles have a high ratio and large traffic volume. It is difficult to meet the target reliability requirements by using the current standard highway-Class I car load design. Based on the investigation and study of the traffic volume in this area, the bridge load model which adapts to the characteristics of heavy traffic on the expressway is put forward. The model uses train loading mode, which can directly reflect the axle load, total weight, wheelbase and other parameters acting on the bridge vehicle to facilitate the operation and management of the bridge and ensure the safety and durability of the bridge under actual heavy traffic conditions . The car load model and highway-I comparative analysis shows that: If the highway-class I vehicle multiplied by the amplification factor of the method of design will cause unnecessary waste, but may not play the purpose of controlling the design. The use of the car load for bridge design has a small impact on the total cost, but can improve the road capacity.
