BRDⅡ株风疹减毒活疫苗和基因工程乙肝疫苗同时或分别接种于4～5年前已进行血源乙肝疫苗基础免疫的儿童，结果表明，同时与分别接种的免疫应答类似，临床反应均轻微。2组乙肝疫苗加强免疫后，抗-HBs含量≥mIU／ml者所占的比例和几何均值均有明显提高。
