如何有效开展对诉讼违法行为的监督成为检察机关面临的重要课题。当前,诉讼违法行为线索管理中存在线索受理环节多元化、管理环节随意性较大、线索使用率有待提高、线索办理跟踪监督不到位等问题;诉讼监督工作中存在监督依据亟待完善、制度不健全、监督力量薄弱、监督滞后、监督刚性不足等问题。在不断深化检察改革背景下,应从构建新型诉讼违法行为线索管理模式、加强制度建设、完善诉讼监督工作机制等方面,探索完善诉讼违法行为线索管理及办案机制的进路。
How to effectively supervise the lawsuit violations has become an important issue facing procuratorial organs. At present, there are many problems such as diversification of clues in clues management, greater arbitrariness in management, clues utilization rate to be improved, lack of follow-up clues in clues management and other issues; there is an urgent need to improve supervision basis and imperfect system in litigation supervision work , Weak monitoring power, lagging supervision and oversight rigidity. Under the background of continuously deepening procuratorates reform, we should explore ways to improve the clues management and case handling mechanism of lawsuit violations in the aspects of establishing a new clues management model of lawsuit violations, strengthening system construction and perfecting litigation supervision work mechanism.
