近年来 ,由于大量抗生素的广泛应用和不按规定的滥用 ,使耐药菌不断增多 ,并出现一菌多耐的现象。这种广谱耐药菌的形成 ,给感染性疾病的治疗带来极大的困难。有实验证明抗生素与中药的联合应用可以大大提高药物对耐药株的抑菌和杀菌作用[1] 。但是由于缺乏较有意义的理论指导 In recent years, due to the extensive application of a large number of antibiotics and the abuse of prescriptions, the number of drug-resistant bacteria is constantly increasing, and a phenomenon of multi-resistance occurs.
