用肿囊腐霉的孢子悬液对玉米抗病自交系1145和感病自交系5005的幼苗进行接种,并于接种后测定根组织中苯百氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和POD、SOD同工酶的动态变化。结果表明,接种后抗病自交系的PAL活性曲线呈现两个峰,感病自交系只在早期呈现一个峰。受病原物侵染早期,抗、感自交系的POD和SOD活性都有不同程度下降,但到后期,抗病自交系1145的POD和SOD活性迅速回升而感病自交系则维持低水平。接种诱导后抗病自交系1145产生一条新的Rf=0.105的POD同工酶带和一条新的Rf=0.383的SOD同工酶带,感病自交系5005没有出现新的POD同工酶带但SOD同工酶谱变化复杂,有3条新的酶带出现。
Seedlings of resistant maize inbred line 1145 and susceptible inbred line 5005 were inoculated with a spore suspension of Pythium rotundiforme and the content of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL), peroxidation The activities of POD and SOD and the changes of POD and SOD isoenzymes were analyzed. The results showed that there were two peaks in the PAL activity curve of resistant inbred lines after inoculation, and the susceptible inbred lines showed only one peak in early stage. The activities of POD and SOD in the early, resistant and susceptible inbred lines infected by pathogen all decreased to some extent. However, the POD and SOD activity of the resistant inbred line 1145 rose rapidly and the susceptible inbred lines maintained low Level. After inoculation induced resistant inbred line 1145, a new band of Pf isozyme with Rf = 0.105 and a new band of SOD isozymes with Rf = 0.383 were generated, and the susceptible inbred line 5005 did not appear new POD isoenzyme bands but SOD isozymes changes in complex, there are three new bands appear.
