二十多年来.随着航空工业的发展,对钛合金的需要日益迫切。由于钛合金比重小(4.5克/厘米~3),比强度高,耐腐蚀等特性,是现代航空技术不可缺少的一种新材料。铸造工艺可以直接制造形状复杂的零件,免去大量的机械加工,提高材料利用率(一般为45%,精密铸造工艺可达75~90%)。目前国外发展钛合金铸造技术有了很大提高,基本解决了熔炼浇注、造型工艺和设备,使钛铸件的生产达到了工业性的规模。国内开展这方面的工作也已有十余年的时间,钛合金铸造工艺的研究有了较大的进展,具备了一定规模的研制能力,
