详细介绍了日本川崎制铁公司1988～1998年10年间对无缝钢管的轧制技术、电焊钢管的成型技术及钢管新产品进行开发研究的情况。主要有以下方面 :①利用曼内斯曼工艺高效率地生产不锈钢无缝钢管技术 ;②新开发的高耐蚀性马氏体系无缝钢管 ;③不锈钢焊管机组 ;④中直径电焊管线管的制造技术及方形柱管的制造技术。
The paper introduces the research and development of the rolling technology of the seamless steel pipe, the forming technology of the electric welded steel pipe and the new product of the steel pipe by Japan Kawasaki Iron and Steel Company in 10 years from 1988 to 1998. Mainly in the following areas: ① the use of Mannesmann technology efficient production of stainless steel seamless steel pipe technology; ② newly developed high corrosion resistance of martensitic seamless steel pipe; ③ stainless steel welded pipe unit; ④ medium diameter welded pipe manufacturing Technology and square column manufacturing technology.
