本文研究了含硼、磷、硅镍基钎焊料对铁基、镍基及铁-镍基材料的熔蚀,通过大量的试验研究,明显地显示了熔蚀的过程:先晶界之后熔蚀掉整个晶粒;讨论了钎焊料所引起的熔蚀的本质是在于钎焊料本身的组织结构;提供了各种钎焊料对各种材料熔蚀的定量关系,指出Ni-Cr-Si系钎焊料在钎焊薄壁构件方面具有潜在发展前途;比较了几种测定熔蚀的方法,其中以丁字接头为最好。
In this paper, the corrosion of iron-based, nickel-based and nickel-iron-based materials containing boron, phosphorus and nickel-nickel based brazing materials has been investigated. Through a large number of experimental studies, the process of the corrosion is clearly shown: The whole grain is etched away. It is discussed that the essence of the corrosion caused by the brazing material lies in the structure of the brazing material itself. The quantitative relationship between various brazing materials and the corrosion of various materials is pointed out. It is pointed out that the Ni-Cr- Si-based brazing filler metal has potential development in the field of brazing thin-walled components. Several methods for determining the corrosion are compared, of which the T-shaped connector is the best.
