政治社会化可以理解为,在一定社会中个人学习政治规范,形成政治态度,产生政治行为的过程。在政治社会中一个人从降生开始就经历着政治社会化过程。在不同的历史时期,不同的国度,不同的社会制度下,尽管政治社会化的内容不同,所反映的政治关系各异,但任何社会的统治阶级都要求其社会成员遵守符合其政治要求的政治规范,形成符合其利益的政治态度,产生有利于巩固统治阶级地位的政治行为。
