目的比较星形胶质细胞瘤磁共振(MR)征象与肿瘤细胞核DNA含量的相关性,从核磁共振成像(MRI)影像学角度评价星形胶质细胞瘤的恶性生物学行为。方法应用流式细胞技术检测55例星形胶质细胞瘤肿瘤组织DNA含量及细胞增生水平,计算出肿瘤DNA指数(DNAindex,DI)和细胞增生指数(proliferationindex,PI),将MR征象与DNA指数和细胞增生指数进行对照研究。结果星形胶质细胞瘤DI值为1.23±0.22,PI值为38±3。DI、PI值随病理级别的增加逐渐增高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。MR图像上,与DI、PI关系密切的征象是囊变坏死、信号不均匀、出血、边缘不清楚、增强程度(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论星形胶质细胞瘤MR征象与DNA含量、细胞增生关系密切。MR图像上,肿瘤囊变坏死、信号不均匀、出血、边缘模糊、强化明显者,其DNA含量较高,可作为判断肿瘤恶性生物学行为的影像学指标。
Objective To compare the correlation between magnetic resonance (MR) sign of astrocytoma and nuclear DNA content in tumor cells and to evaluate the malignant biological behavior of astrocytoma from the perspective of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the DNA content and cell proliferation in 55 cases of astrocytoma. The tumor DNA index (DI) and proliferationindex (PI) were calculated. The correlation between MR sign and DNA index And cell proliferation index control study. Results The astroglioma DI value was 1.23 ± 0.22 and the PI value was 38 ± 3. DI and PI increased with the increase of pathological grade, the difference was significant (P <0.01). MR images, and DI, PI close signs of cystic necrosis, signal uneven, bleeding, unclear edge, enhanced degree (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion MR signs of astrocytoma are closely related to DNA content and cell proliferation. MR images, cystic degeneration of tumor necrosis, uneven signal, bleeding, blurred edges, with significant enhancement, the higher DNA content, can be used as imaging indicators to determine the malignant biological behavior of the tumor.
