从宏观指导思想上看,选才用人注重学历,对于改革干部队伍结构,提高干部队伍的领导和管理水平,不仅极有益处,而且既适国情,也合民意。然而,不能不看到,现在有些同志在选才时往往把学历同才能和人才简单地等同起来,有学历者有缘,无学历者无份。显然,这就把学历绝对化了。
