我厂生产的柴油机中有一种叫加强板的零件,其形状如图示。设计要求用2mm厚的08钢板冷冲成形,然后渗碳淬火至HRC35~45。由于渗碳周期长,而且渗碳后零件较脆,我们根据低碳马氏体的性能,结合此零件的受力状况,采用冷冲后直接淬火工艺。热处理工艺是980℃盐炉加热,淬入5%盐水中,不经回火直接使用。我们将几次测定的零件含碳量与淬火后的硬度列于下表。直接淬火后的加强板经过一年多的实际使用,效果很好。即使在08钢
I plant a diesel engine is called a strengthening plate parts, its shape as shown. Design requirements with 2mm thick 08 steel cold stamping, and then carburizing and quenching HRC35 ~ 45. Due to carburizing cycle is long, and parts after carburizing brittle, we based on the performance of low-carbon martensite, combined with the stress conditions of this part, the cold quenching after direct quenching process.
