基于LabVIEW开发平台,采用多传感器技术设计多点温度监测系统,并采用GPRS传输监测数据.对多个数字温度传感器DS18B20采用多传感器数据融合技术降低数据冗余,提高数据可靠性;温度控制采用Fuzzy控制器与PID控制器并行工作的策略.结果表明,基于这一方法设计的系统,在实现系统精确控温的同时,具有高可靠性.另外,使用虚拟仪器技术,使系统测控品质实时可视.
Based on the LabVIEW development platform, a multi-sensor technology was used to design a multi-point temperature monitoring system and GPRS was used to transmit the monitoring data.Multi-sensor data fusion technology was applied to multiple digital temperature sensors DS18B20 to reduce data redundancy and improve data reliability. The temperature control was Fuzzy The controller and the PID controller work in parallel.The results show that the system designed based on this method has high reliability while realizing the accurate temperature control of the system.In addition, the virtual instrument technology is used to make the system quality control real-time visual .
