分别用四乙烯五胺、三乙烯四胺、二乙烯三胺及乙二胺与甲醛缩合合成了沥青抗剥离剂,利用正交试验优化了四乙烯五胺/甲醛反应的主要工艺条件。研究表明,采用本体聚合工艺具有收率高、工艺简单及能耗少等优点;由四乙烯五胺及三乙烯四胺合成的沥青抗剥离剂性能优于由二乙烯三胺和乙二胺合成的产品;通过红外谱图结构分析,表明产物中存在-C=N-R基团。
Asphalt anti-stripping agent was synthesized by condensation of tetraethylenepentamine, triethylenetetramine, diethylenetriamine and ethylenediamine respectively with formaldehyde. The main process conditions of tetraethylenepentamine / formaldehyde reaction were optimized by orthogonal test. The results show that the bulk polymerization process has the advantages of high yield, simple process and low energy consumption. The performance of asphalt anti-stripping agent synthesized from tetraethylenepentamine and triethylenetetramine is better than that synthesized from diethylenetriamine and ethylenediamine Of the product; structural analysis by infrared spectroscopy, indicating that there is a -C = N-R group in the product.
