在企业的现场有各种各样的管理,如质量管理、成本管理、设备管理、安全管理等等,形式繁多,千头万绪。要搞好企业管理,就必须抓好管理基础工作。那么,什么是管理基础呢?对此有多种说法。去年,日本日产柴公司七位专家在我们厂进行了为期一年的管理咨询,他们提出“5S”就是企业各项管理的基础,并且指出:企业管理改善从5S做起,一干就行。所谓5S,就是“整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养”,其意义、定义、效果及目的见图1。
There are various types of management at the company’s site, such as quality management, cost management, equipment management, security management, etc., which are numerous and varied. To do a good job in business management, we must do a good job in management. So, what is the basis of management? There are many arguments for this. Last year, seven experts from Japan’s Nissan Chai Corporation conducted a one-year management consultation at our plant. They proposed that “5S” is the basis for all management of the company, and pointed out that: The improvement of business management starts from 5S, and it will only work. The so-called “5S” means “finishing, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning, and cultivating,” and its meaning, definition, effect, and purpose are shown in Figure 1.
