通过对树木光合与蒸腾的主要器官——叶的解剖构造和叶绿素含量分析,揭示不同树种在天然红松林群落中的配置机理,对建立一个稳定性强、生产力水平高的群落结构是十分必要的.本文对红松林的十个主要伴生树种从叶表面气孔长度、密度、叶片厚度、叶肉中栅栏组织所占比率以及叶绿素含量等方面进行了比较观察.实验结果表明:这些树种叶的解剖构造与其所占有的生态位是相适应的.
By analyzing the anatomical structure and chlorophyll content of the main organ-photosynthesis and transpiration of trees, revealing the disposition mechanism of different tree species in the natural Korean pine forest community, it is necessary to establish a stable and high productivity community structure . In this paper, ten main coniferous species of Korean pine forest were observed and compared in terms of stomatal length, density, leaf thickness, palisade tissue ratio and chlorophyll content in leaf surface. The experimental results show that the anatomical structure of leaves of these species is compatible with the niche they occupy.
