随着市场的开放,市场营销已经成为军工企业发展和市场开拓的重要方法,但由于传统产品生产要求的制约,军工企业在市场营销方面存在很多问题。本文主要对当前军工企业市场营销过程中存在的典型问题进行分析,并根据军工企业的特点给出了相关的营销策略,为实际的军工企业市场营销及其管理提供了一定的参考。
With the opening up of the market, marketing has become an important method for military enterprise development and market development. However, due to the restriction of production requirements of traditional products, there are many problems in the marketing of military enterprises. This article mainly analyzes the typical problems existing in the current marketing process of military industrial enterprises and gives related marketing strategies according to the characteristics of military industrial enterprises, which provides some references for the actual marketing and management of military industrial enterprises.
