本试验旨在用廉价易得的玉米芯作袋栽平菇的袋口塞,以解决通气和污染问题。(一)供试材料:菌种为平菇丰收一号,接种量20%.塑料袋为14×45cm。培养料为棉籽壳98%。石灰1%、磷肥1%,另加多菌灵0.1%,料水比1∶1.4,每袋装湿料700～900克.供做塞的玉米芯要选无霉无虫蛀的,切成4～6cm 长小段,用5%石灰水浸泡24小时,捞出后用皮筋扎在装好料的塑料袋口上即可。
