目的:分析急性农药中毒情况,以拟定有效管理措施,控制与降低急性农药中毒的发生。方法:通过中国疾病预防控制信息报告网络平台,选取健康危害因素监测系统职业卫生子系统中杭州市14个区、县(市)2007年-2009年农药中毒报告卡,并用EXCEL进行统计分析。结果:①2007年-2009年杭州市累计上报农药中毒总数2551例,死亡204例,病死率7.99%,其中非生产性农药中毒2227例,占中毒比例87.29%。②生产性农药中毒男性高于女性,男、女性别比例1∶0.38;非生产性农药中毒女性高于男性,男、女性比例1∶1.33。③杀虫剂是引起农药中毒的主要毒物,中毒例数为2127例,占总中毒例数的83.38%,其中又以有机磷农药中毒为主。④中毒地区以郊县农村为主,中毒2355例,占总数的92.32%。⑤生产性农药中毒季节性明显,以三季度最高,占35.20%。结论:杭州市郊县农村农药中毒情况严重,应积极采取并落实有效的控制措施。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze acute pesticide poisoning in order to formulate effective management measures to control and reduce the incidence of acute pesticide poisoning. Methods: Through the network platform of Chinese disease prevention and control information reporting, select pesticide poisoning report cards of 14 districts, counties (cities) from 2007 to 2009 in Occupational Health Subsystem of Health Hazard Monitoring System and make statistical analysis with EXCEL. Results: ① From 2007 to 2009, a total of 2551 cases of pesticide poisoning were reported in Hangzhou City, 204 cases were killed and the case fatality rate was 7.99%. Among them, 2,227 cases of nonproductive pesticide poisoning accounted for 87.29% of the total cases. ②Productive pesticide poisoning male than female, male and female ratio of 1: 0.38; non-productive pesticide poisoning women than men, male and female ratio of 1: 1.33. ③ insecticide is the main poisoning caused by pesticide poisoning, poisoning cases were 2127 cases, accounting for 83.38% of the total number of poisoning, of which again organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. ④ poisoning areas mainly rural areas in rural areas, poisoning 2355 cases, accounting for 92.32% of the total. ⑤ obvious seasonal seasonal pesticide poisoning, the highest in the third quarter, accounting for 35.20%. Conclusion: The rural pesticide poisoning in suburban and rural Hangzhou is serious, and effective control measures should be actively taken and implemented.
