以乙酸锌[Zn(CH_3COO)_2·2H_2O]、硝酸铈[Ce(NO_3)_3]为原料,脱脂棉为模板,采用浸渍-热转化法制备出一系列铈(Ce)掺杂量不同的氧化锌(ZnO)复合中空材料,利用SEM、TG、XRD对Ce/ZnO进行表征。借助罗丹明B的脱色降解作为模板反应,考察煅烧温度和Ce掺杂量对Ce/ZnO光催化性能的影响。结果表明:700℃煅烧3h制得的Ce掺杂量为1%的Ce/ZnO复合中空材料对罗丹明B的降解效果最佳,紫外灯照射2h可使罗丹明B溶液的降解率达到100%。
Zinc oxide [Zn (CH_3COO) _2 · 2H_2O] and cerium nitrate [Ce (NO_3) _3] were used as raw materials and absorbent cotton was used as a template to prepare a series of zinc oxide with different doping amount of cerium (ZnO) composite hollow material, and the properties of Ce / ZnO were characterized by SEM, TG and XRD. With the bleaching degradation of rhodamine B as a template reaction, the effect of calcination temperature and Ce doping on the photocatalytic activity of Ce / ZnO was investigated. The results showed that the degradation of Rhodamine B by Ce / ZnO composite hollow material with Ce doping amount of 1% at 700 ℃ for 3h was the best. The degradation rate of Rhodamine B solution was 100% .
