男性不育患者生殖道阴道加德纳菌感染的调查

目的为了解男性不育患者生殖道中是否存在阴道加德纳菌(Gv)及其定植率和与配偶之间的互感率。方法取男性不育患者的精液和携带Gv者配偶的阴道分泌物用套式聚合酶链(nPCR)反应法进行Gv检测。结果在1095例男性不育患者精液中,检出Gv阳性者366例,阳性率为33.4%,在118例自愿接受检测的Gv阳性者之配偶的阴道分泌物中,检出Gv阳性者105例,阳性率高达89.0%。结论Gv是男性不育患者生殖道感染的常见病原菌,具有较高的定植率,是性接触传播的病原微生物之一。 Objective To understand the existence of vaginal Gardnerella vaginalis (Gv) in the genital tract of male infertility and its colonization rate and mutual rate of interaction with the spouse. Methods The vaginal secretions from male patients with infertility and vaginal discharge from the spouses carrying Gv were detected by nested polymerase chain reaction (nPCR). Results Among 1095 male infertile patients, 366 cases were positive for Gv, the positive rate was 33.4%. Among the vaginal secretions of the spouses of 118 Gv-positive patients who were voluntarily tested, 105 cases of Gv-positive were detected , The positive rate was as high as 89.0%. Conclusions Gv is a common pathogen of genital tract infection in male infertility patients. It has high colonization rate and is one of the pathogenic microorganisms transmitted by sexual contact.
