本文报道醋酸铅小鼠骨髓微核试验,各实验组微核出现率与对照组比较,差异均无显著性(P<0.05),而小鼠胎肝微核试验5000mg/kg剂量组与对照组比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。致畸试验500mg/kg,100mg/kg,10mg/kg三组活胎率下降,小鼠精子畸形变率40mg/kg,200mg/kg组增高,与对照组比较差异均有高度显著性。本实验未见外观或内脏畸形。研究结果认为铅对子代危害较严重,要加强铅作业工人特殊劳动保护。
This article reports bone marrow micronucleus test in lead acetate mice. There was no significant difference in the occurrence rate of micronucleus between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05), but the 5000mg/kg mouse fetal liver micronucleus test group was compared with the control group. The difference was highly significant (P < 0.01). Teratogenicity test 500mg/kg, 100mg/kg, 10mg/kg three groups of live birth rate decreased, mouse sperm deformity rate of 40mg/kg, 200mg/kg group increased, compared with the control group, the difference was highly significant. No external appearance or visceral malformation was observed in this experiment. The results of the study suggest that lead poses more serious hazards to offspring, and it is necessary to strengthen the special labor protection for lead workers.
