本文利用集成阵列波导光栅 (AWG)构成可调谐滤波器 ,从而实现了信道选择的数字化 :不同波长的信号注入到 AWG的一个输入端 ,AWG不同的输出端口输出不同波长的信号。把这些输出信号通过光开关再次接到 AWG相应的输出端口 ,使得它们都能够从 AWG另外一个输入端口输出。信道的选择由光开关实现。文中给出了该方法的原理、实验结构。实验结果证实了该方法的可行性。文中还讨论了降低结构复杂性的方法。
In this paper, the AWG is used to form a tunable filter to digitize the channel selection: signals of different wavelengths are injected into one input end of the AWG, and different AWG output ports output different wavelength signals. These output signals are again passed through the optical switch to the corresponding output port of the AWG, so that they can be output from the other AWG input port. The choice of channel is realized by optical switch. The paper gives the principle of the method, experimental structure. Experimental results confirm the feasibility of this method. The article also discusses ways to reduce the complexity of the structure.
