选择泰兴市430例胃癌新发病例按年龄、性别和居住地进行以人群为基础1∶1配对的病例对照研究。结果显示经济状况差、不良嗜好(吸烟和饮酒)、不良饮食生活习惯(三餐不按时和进食速度快)和不良精神因素(长期忧郁和长期处于精神压抑状态)以及胃部病变会增加泰兴市居民患胃癌的危险性 ,而多吃新鲜蔬菜水果和有良好的人际关系则可降低患胃癌的危险性。
A case-control study with 1:1 population-based pairings based on age, sex, and place of residence was conducted in 430 new cases of gastric cancer in Taixing City. The results showed that poor economic conditions, bad habits (smoking and drinking), poor eating habits (bad meals and fast food intake), and adverse mental factors (long-term depression and long-term mental depression) and gastric lesions increased Taixing City Residents suffering from the risk of gastric cancer, and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and have good interpersonal relationships can reduce the risk of suffering from gastric cancer.
