我院遇到肾外症状性肾炎3例,报告如下:患儿男,12岁,住院号0005。因全身浮肿一周,于1984年1月1日住院。患儿于入院前一周,开始发现面部浮肿,逐渐加重,延及全身,尿量减少,无血尿,食欲减退,未吐,偶诉头昏,病中无发热、咳嗽等。病前曾有轻度感冒,未引起重视。在外未接受任何治疗。既往无过敏史,无浮肿及高血压史。检查:体重42kg,T36.7℃,P86次/分,R22次/分,Bp170/110mmHg。面部及全身浮肿明显,两下肢呈紧
3 cases of nephrogenic nephritis encountered in our hospital, the report is as follows: children male, 12 years old, hospital number 0005.
