教师相互“推门听课”是教师专业成长道路上最经济、最可靠、最有效的方法与途径。骨干教师本着指导与培养青年教师的责任感,青年教师则以学习和自我发展的积极心态随时开放课堂,可以加强教师间思想、情感的交流,取长补短,共同提高课堂教学效率,可以促进教师专业素质的提高,推动学校校本教研活动,提升教学质量。本文谈谈我校生物教研组“师徒结对,推门听课”校本教研实践活动做法和体会。
