探讨了细菌浸矿的细菌学原理。认为细菌浸出的本质是生命活动 ,不能等同视之为冶金学上的“催化剂”;细菌所表现出的浸出机理 ,是由其内在的生理、生化特性以及由此而组成的生态关系——细菌学本质所决定的 ,不论直接间接作用机理 ,还是初级次级反应机理 ,在细菌学上都是统一的。根据细菌学原理 ,分析了细菌育种对象问题和铁矾产生的细菌学意义 ,提出了解决这些问题的方法。
The bacteriological principle of bacterial leaching was discussed. It is considered that the essence of bacterial leaching is the activity of life and can not be regarded as the “catalyst” in metallurgy. The leaching mechanism exhibited by bacteria is due to its intrinsic physiological and biochemical characteristics and the ecological relationship between it and bacteria The nature of science determines, regardless of the direct indirect mechanism of action, or primary secondary reaction mechanism, in bacteriology are unified. According to the principle of bacteriology, the problems of bacterial breeding objects and bacteriological significance of iron alum were analyzed, and the methods to solve these problems were put forward.
