在油田开发的后期,由于受井深结构(斜井、侧钻井、深井)、高含水、腐蚀,抽油机井杆、管偏磨问题日趋严重。虽在近年加强了防偏磨措施的管理与应用,一定程度缓解了杆管偏磨,延长了油井免修期,但仍无法根本上解决杆管偏磨问题。每年因偏磨造成的杆管断脱、漏失造成直接躺井占22%以上并有逐年增多趋势。其中抽油机井杆管偏磨是重要因素,本文主要对抽油机井杆管偏磨原因进行分析。
In the late stage of oilfield development, due to the deep well structures (inclined wells, sideways drills, deep wells), high water cuttings, corrosion and pumping rods, the problems of tube partial abrasion are becoming more and more serious. Although the management and application of anti-eccentricity measures have been strengthened in recent years, the partial wear of the rod tube has been eased and the oil well maintenance-free period has been prolonged. However, the problem of eccentric tube wear can not be solved fundamentally. Each year due to partial wear and tear caused by broken rod tube, the loss caused by direct lying wells accounted for more than 22% and a growing trend year by year. Among them, partial eccentric wear of rod in pumping well is an important factor. In this paper, the reasons of partial wear of rod in pumping well are analyzed.
