对于农村的发展与建设而言,农田水利建设是非常重要的组成部分。在建设新农村,大力发展农村经济的过程中,加快农村的农田水利建设是非常重要的内容,但就目前而言,由于农村的发展意识不强,在农田水利设施建设过程中还存在很多的不足与问题,这就需要在农村现代化建设过程中给予高度重视。基于此,文章对河南省部分区县小型农田水利设施建设中存在的问题进行深入细致的分析,并针对相关问题,采取有效措施,给予进一步的改进与完善,从而更好的推进农村的水利建设。
