在玻璃体手术中对中老年人的硬性白内障用粉碎器作晶状体粉碎摘除,但此法存在一些明显缺点。近年我们采用双巩膜穿刺刀(MVR刀)作机械性粉碎,然后用普通切割头切除已粉碎的晶状体。现将41例的手术体会报告如下。1 资料及方法1.1 临床资料在1997年1月～1999年6月间连续收治的玻璃体手术病例中,联合晶状体摘除者64例,其中年龄45～69岁者41例。男25例,女16例;右眼29例,左眼12例。诊断视网膜脱离伴高度近视22例,挫伤性玻璃体积血及牵拉性视网膜脱离6例,慢性葡萄膜炎及黄斑囊样水
In vitreous surgery for middle-aged and elderly hard cataract shredded with crushed lens removal, but this method has some obvious shortcomings. In recent years, we use double scleral puncture blade (MVR knife) for mechanical crushing, and then use the common cutting head to remove the crushed lens. Now 41 cases of surgical experience report as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data between January 1997 ~ June 1999 were consecutive cases of vitrectomy, conjunctival removal in 64 cases, of which 41 cases aged 45 to 69 years. There were 25 males and 16 females with 29 eyes of right eye and 12 eyes of left eye. Diagnosis of retinal detachment with high myopia in 22 cases, contusion of vitreous hemorrhage and traction retinal detachment in 6 cases, chronic uveitis and macular effusion
