目的分析上颌肯氏Ⅰ类缺失4种大连接体,即腭板(1型)、单一宽腭杆(2型)、前后联合宽腭杆(3型)、前后联合腭杆(4型)对发音和舒适度的影响。方法选取30例志愿者分别戴入4种大连接体,应用计算机语音分析系统对辅音/s/、/sh/、/t/、/j/进行检测,并对不同辅音的第一、二共振峰值(F1和F2)进行分析;同时通过问卷调查比较4种大连接体的舒适程度。结果 1)4种大连接体戴入后,/s/、/sh/、/t/音的F1、F2与戴入前的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3、4型连接体戴入后,/j/音的F1、F2与戴入前的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)4种连接体的舒适度之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肯氏Ⅰ类缺失4种大连接体中,1、2型大连接体对语音的影响更小,而4种大连接体的舒适度无明显差异。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effects of four kinds of macadamia species missing in maxillary Kennedy class Ⅰ, namely palate (type 1), single wide palate (type 2), anteroposterior combination of broad palate (type 3) Effects of pronunciation and comfort. Methods Thirty volunteers were enrolled in four kinds of Dalian connectors. The consonants / s /, / sh /, / t /, / j / were detected by computerized speech analysis system. The first and second resonance of different consonants Peaks (F1 and F2) were analyzed. At the same time, four kinds of Dalian connectors were compared by questionnaire. Results 1) There was no significant difference in the F1, F2 / s /, / sh /, / t / After wearing in, the difference of F1 / F2 / j / tone before wearing was statistically significant (P <0.05). 2) There was no significant difference in the comfort of 4 kinds of connectors (P> 0.05). Conclusion Among the four kinds of macadamia species with Kenstein Ⅰ deletion, the type 1 and type 2 macronuclear connectors have less influence on speech, while the comfort of 4 kinds of macadamia connectors has no significant difference.
