平板宽波导 CO_2激光器波导内光场分布满足亥姆霍兹方程。在给定条件下,对光场分布方程进行求解,获得了极化模 EH_(nm)~x 和 EH_(nm)~y 的表达式。通过计算机计算,得出了在3×8 mm~2波导放电区中所存在的 EH_(1.16)极化模归一化理论分布曲线,其曲线与实验观测结果符合得很好。
The distribution of the light field in a waveguide with a wide-waveguide CO_2 laser satisfies the Helmholtz equation. Under given conditions, the equations of light field distribution are solved and the expressions of the polarization modes EH_ (nm) ~ x and EH_ (nm) ~ y are obtained. The normalized theoretical distribution curve of EH_ (1.16) polarization mode in 3 × 8 mm ~ 2 waveguide discharge area was obtained by computer calculation, and the curve is in good agreement with the experimental observation.
