利用环境扫描电镜ESEM、XRD衍射与MIP孔结构分析技术,对粉煤灰水泥注浆材料的微观结构形成趋势及特征进行了分析。结果表明:粉煤灰-水泥注浆材料体系的早期结构形成主要是水泥水化的结果;随水固比的降低,粉煤灰水泥注浆材料体系中CH的生成量呈增加的趋势;随着水固比的降低,注浆材料中的孔呈现出大孔减少、小孔增加且最可几孔径降低等孔结构细化的趋势。
The microstructure formation tendency and characteristics of fly ash cement grouting material were analyzed by ESEM, XRD and MIP pore structure analysis technology. The results show that the early structural formation of fly ash-cement grouting material system is mainly the result of cement hydration. With the decrease of water-solid ratio, the formation of CH in fly ash cement grouting material tends to increase. With the decrease of water-solid ratio, the pores in the grouting material show a tendency of decreasing the size of the macropores, increasing the size of the pores, and decreasing the pore size of the pores.
