本文叙述了在实际生产中利用小风口、适当减少铁焦比、加大渣量, 并加入硅鉄和锰铁处理高硫土铁时的各种结果(包括酸性硐、碱性硐、冷风、热风),有一定参考价值。但由于没有讨论到去硫后踌鉄其他性能的改善(如铸造性能、加工性能的改善和某些缺陷的克服),也没有测定对去硫最有影响的渣中氧化鉄含量;因此,本文所谈的去硫效果及增硅等问题,还需要进一步验证。
In this paper, the results of using small tuyere, reducing the iron coke ratio, increasing the amount of slag, adding silicon 鉄 and ferromanganese to treat high sulfur soil iron in practical production (including acidic cave, alkaline cave, cold wind, Hot air), there is a certain reference value.
