目的 :建立烧伤大鼠静脉营养模型。方法 :采用自制的鼠用静脉输液装置对30 %TBSAⅢ度烧伤的Wis tar大鼠行中心静脉置管 ,持续静脉营养。每天输入152ml[735kJ(175kcal)]/kg营养液 ,其中糖、脂肪及蛋白质的供热比分别为 :54.5∶31.5∶14 ,糖占15.3 %(w/v) ,卡氮比为183∶1 ,并根据烧伤后能量代谢的特点添加多种维生素及微量元素。同时观察该模型的应用情况。结果 :本实验最长置管时间为7d ,其间大鼠活动不受限制 ,静脉留置管无脱落、扭曲或被咬断。切口无感染 ,无明显输液反应 ,未见由于置管输液导致的静脉炎、血管栓塞以及死亡。结论 :该模型可用于烧(创)伤或其它静脉营养支持的实验研究 ,具有设计合理、操作简单、易于复制、适用范围广等特点。
Objective: To establish a model of intravenous nutrition in burn rats. METHODS: Wistar rats with grade Ⅲ burn of 30% TBSA were treated with intravenous infusion through a self-made mouse intravenous infusion device for continuous intravenous nutrition. 152ml [735kJ (175kcal)] / kg of nutrient solution was input daily. The heating ratios of sugar, fat and protein were 54.5: 31.5: 14, 15.3% (w / v) , And according to the characteristics of energy metabolism after burn add a variety of vitamins and trace elements. At the same time observe the application of the model. Results: The longest catheterization time in this experiment was 7 days. During this period, the activity of rats was not limited. The vein indwelling tube had no shedding, twisting or biting off. Incision no infection, no significant infusion reaction, no phlebitis caused by catheter infusion, vascular embolism and death. Conclusion: This model can be used in the experimental study of burning (wound) or other parenteral nutrition support. It has the characteristics of reasonable design, simple operation, easy to copy and wide range of application.
