目前我国法学本科教育主要还是传统的书本灌输式教学模式,重视法学知识、法条讲解,缺乏对学生实践操作能力和法学思维的培养。虽然各法学院校也在积极开展实践教学,教师也比过去更重视引用大量案例来教学,但整体上,教学环节很大程度上还是重理论轻实务。为补齐实践教学的短板,笔者尝试利用法律的互联网大数据对海量案例进行整理分析,从一手的案例出发,探讨各种类型法律关系的实务焦点问题,从案例出发激发学生的自学热情,围绕实际案例进行教学改革,培养学生处理复杂实务问题的技巧和思维。
At present, the law undergraduate education in our country is mainly the traditional book-infusing teaching mode, which emphasizes the legal knowledge and the law, and lacks the training of students’ practical ability and legal thinking.
